Recovery of the frogs

October 6, 2016

Roland Knapp, Cherie and a number of collaborators have just published a paper in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Science documenting the long-term recovery of the endangered Sierra Nevada yellow-legged frogs in Yosemite National Park. As discussed in the paper, this recovery is despite multiple stressors affecting these frog populations such as amphibian chytrid fungus and introduced trout. A news release on the research can be found here.
